Metabolism study in animal and crop

The objective of pesticides metabolism study is to reveal adsorption, distribution, biotransformation and excretion of test item in animal and crop, analyze and identify metabolites, state metabolism pathway, explore kinetics of poison and metabolites. Metabolism and toxicokinetics study of pesticides TC, metabolism study in animal and plant of pesticide preparations could be performed in accordance with ICAMA GLP in our center. Our center has radiation safety license and class C unsealed radioactive material workplace, and relevant experiments could be carried out by radioisotope labeling technology.

1、Metabolism and toxicokinetics study

Adsorption, distribution, biotransformation and excretion study of pesticides TC in rat could be carried out in accordance with ICAMA GLP (including radioisotope labeling and non- radioisotope labeling study). Analyzed and identify metabolites, state metabolism pathway and provide scientific basis for further study on toxicity mechanism and toxicity safety evaluation of the pesticides.

2、Pesticide metabolism study in crops

Metabolism study of pesticides in crops could be carried out in accordance with ICAMA GLP (including radioisotope labeling and non- radioisotope labeling study). The experiment crops include fruit, root crops, leafy crops, cereal/grass crops, pulses and oilseeds, and so on. Adsorption, distribution, and transformation of pesticides in crops is studied by radioisotope labeling, chromatography and mass spectrometry technology, metabolites and metabolism pathway are stated in this study.

3、pesticide metabolism study in animal

Metabolism study of pesticides in livestock could be carried out in accordance with ICAMA GLP (including radioisotope labeling and non- radioisotope labeling study). The experiment system include lactation goat and laying hen. Adsorption, distribution, and transformation of pesticides in animals is studied by radioisotope labeling, chromatography and mass spectrometry technology, metabolites and metabolism pathway are stated in this study.
